We had a wonderful and peaceful stay at this hotel, where everything was quite clean and the staff were incredibly friendly.

The room was warm and there were a safe, central heating, and an iron. The bathroom there was clean. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to the railway. And it was also close enough to many good hiking trails, bakeries and the train station, all the attractions and the Christmas market.

Employees were VERY AMIABLE and rooms were good sized. Not far from the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. In the evening we visited Schwarzwaldhof, set quite a walk from the hotel.

The apartments at Hotel Zartenbach B&B are like a cozy home in the heart of nature. You can feel the warmth provided by the kitchen, stocked with a refrigerator, stovetop, and toaster. As someone who loves to cook and create their own meals, this feature was a delightful bonus.

I personally found the refrigerator a bit small, but hey, that's just my opinion. Others might still find it perfectly functional.

The location was perfect for us to hit the Golfclub Hochschwarzwald and shred the slopes at Feldberg Ski Resort. The rooms were clean and comfy, and the breakfast gave us the energy we needed for our adventures. The owner was super chill and gave us great advice on where to party. Best vacay ever!

If there was one thing we wished for, it would be a happening bar or club nearby. We wanted to keep the party going after our day excursions.

I had a wonderful stay at Zartenbach B&B in Hinterzarten. the location was perfect, close to the center and the train station. the hotel had a traditional Black Forest style, which added to its beauty. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a modern and clean bathroom. the staff was friendly and made me feel at home. the breakfast was delicious, offering a good variety of options. I also appreciated the free parking and the convenience of having showers in the room. a great choice for a peaceful and enjoyable stay. Cons: Nothing, all excellent! 😊.

The hotel was in a great location for exploring the region, with easy access to local attractions. The free Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and we loved the view from our room. the friendly staff made us feel welcome and ensured that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

We found the room to be a bit small and cramped, which was a bit uncomfortable at times. the parking lot in front of the hotel was quite small and could be difficult to navigate.

We had a perfect base to explore the scenic Black Forest, with easy access to Freiburg, Titisee, and Feldberg thanks to the hotel's close proximity to the train station. The traditional Black Forest-style building was beautiful, and the sauna and steam room were a pleasant surprise. The hotel even provided us with a card for free regional transportation. The diverse and abundant breakfast was a great start to our days. we highly recommend this hotel for a weekend getaway from the city!

Great location close to train station and a bus stop. Decent breakfast and good Wi-Fi. the blankets were warm and there was heating in the room.

The pillows were like rocks and very uncomfortable. the room was quite hot and there was no A/C.
